Saadiyat Lagoons by Aldar Properties comes as the largest district on the iconic Saadiyat Island. The nature-inspired development will house an array of residential clusters across 3 zones, with each of them featuring homes with distinct architectural designs. For instance, when selecting the Premium option, you will be able to take advantage of a smart home package, which has two external security cameras, one main door key-pad entry with a key and one doorbell with a camera. The Standard package, meanwhile, will only have provisions for smart home solutions. Residences in Saadiyat Lagoons will be equipped with the provision for a swimming pool, a show kitchen (incl. an oven, a cooktop, a cooker hood, a microwave and a fridge), as well as a maid’s room, family dining area, provision for a lift, and a parking for 3–5 cars.
