Grand Bleu Tower

Grand Bleu Tower is a residential development located in the waterfront area of Dubai Harbour. The project was developed by Emaar Properties in co-operation with the popular Lebanese designer Elie Saab. The complex consists of two towers with a height of 45 and 28 floors and an 8-storey podium. It offers 1-3 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses. Each residence has a balcony and panoramic windows overlooking the bay and skyline. The apartments have exclusive designs and unique layouts.
