The Sustainable City is a residential development by Diamond Developers in Dubailand, Dubai. It is one of the popular eco-friendly neighbourhoods in Dubai and is the first zero-energy project in the UAE. The project includes various land uses such as residential development, commercial development, educational facilities, urban farming, recreational areas, healthcare and the Diamond Innovation Centre. The community includes solar panels, energy efficient appliances and car-free zones in residential and commercial areas. The project includes spacious and luxurious 3-4 bedroom villas and townhouses. The residential units have functional layouts and modern interiors. The residential complex includes a mosque, medical facilities, schools, supermarkets, children's and sports grounds. Residents are strongly encouraged to use public transport, pushchairs and electric cars to reduce pollution. Many charging stations for electric cars have been installed in the complex.
